Eckl Parking Company, LLC was founded in October 2003 with a single parking garage (Marconi Parking Garage) located in downtown Columbus. Since that time, Eckl Parking Company has expanded at a measured and managed growth, adding the City of Gahanna Creekside Parking Garage, Children’s Hospital, The Hampton Inn and Suites (Downtown), Mt. Carmel West, several Restaurants and Special Event Valet service to our portfolio.

Tom Eckl, Founder and Partner

Tom, a CPFM (Certified Parking Facility Manager), has been in the parking industry since 1975, and has managed every type of parking facility and environment. The first 23+ years were with Allright Parking Buffalo, where he worked his way up to Vice President of the Buffalo division. In 1996, Tom was promoted to President of Allright’s Columbus division where he oversaw 32 locations. In 1999, Tom was solicited by another parking company to head their parking management division. During his tenure, he was directly responsible for the entire transition/start-up of Newport on the Levees’ parking garage and valet operation. In addition he has overseen facilities such as Miranova Parking Garage, the Port Columbus International Airports’ Curbside Valet and the valet operation at Easton Town Center, including the start-up of the North End Valet (Phase II)

Nannu Singh, Operations Manager – Eckl Parking Company, LLC

Nannu, also a CPFM (Certified Parking Facility Manager), has been in the parking industry since 1991, and also has been involved with every parking environment imaginable. He is an OSU School of Business graduate, and spent the last 11 of 15 years in the industry with Parking Solutions, Inc. as Area Manager in Columbus. While with Parking Solutions, Nannu was directly responsible for 46 diverse accounts, from local malls to hospitals, and oversaw a 21 person management team and over 300 employees. Like Tom, Nannu has been involved with the initial set-up and operation of many parking projects including Easton Town Center (Phase I), Polaris Fashion Place, Tuttle Mall valet and shuttle and The Ohio State University Medical Center Valet.

Eckl Parking Company, LLC (EPC) was awarded a management services contract to operate the surface parking lot at 101 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio.   This prominent parking facility is conveniently located to attract employees and visitors to City of Columbus and State of Ohio office buildings, One Columbus, the LeVeque Tower, the Atlas Building, the YMCA and other downtown Columbus office buildings and businesses.  We are excited to bring our professional management program to the lot for the benefit of its customers and owners.  EPC will begin operating the facility on September 1, 2011.

On August 21, EPC held its annual employee golf outing at Clover Valley Golf Club in Sunbury, Ohio.  The weather was fantastic, and fun was had by all who attended!  The winning team consisted of Joe, Ben, Scott and Jon with a score of -1.  Great job, guys!
